In response to requests from you we have made it easier for you to 
sponsor the major festivals celebrated throughout the year. This 
sponsorship program is for 10 major festivals (please see list below) 
and 2  other festivals of your choice. To sponsor the Pujas download 
this form from this link

mail it along with check payable to Hindu Samaj Temple to 911 11^th  Av 
NW Rochester MN 55901 or Visit histemplemn.org 
<http://histemplemn.org/> and pay online by credit card (VISA / 
MASTER/AMEX/ DISCOVER) and send form by email to finance at histemplemn.org 
<mailto:finance at histemplemn.org>

If you enroll in the annual sponsorship of major festivals, your family 
will be included in the sankalpam even if you are not able to attend. 
The sponsorship is considered a donation to the Temple and  may be tax 
deductible.
