*Dear Community Members,*

The much awaited *DIWALI - THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS* cultural program is 
taking place on Saturday, November 21st, 2015, at 5:30 pm at the Century 
High School Auditorium.  This program is hosted by the HINDU SAMAJ TEMPLE.

Diwali is one of the most important festivals of the year. Fall sets in 
with colorful lights and a big bang of fireworks!  Delicious Indian food 
and fantastic power-packed performances keep the evening in high 
spirits. We will be having a 3 hour cultural program filled with fun & 
excitement. Please come forward to show your talent and entertain the 
community.

We are now accepting entries for Nov 21, 2015.

  * Last day for performance signup is *Oct 31, 2015. *Please note that
    we will close the sign up early if we fill up allowed time for program.
  * Last day for submitting your song via drop box is*Nov 5, 2015. *The
    link to the drop box will be sent later.
  * Rehearsal is tentatively scheduled on *Nov 19,2015*.


Guidelines for signing up:

  * Entries will be taken on a first come, first served basis and we
    will close the sign up if we fill up allowed time for program.
  * Group performances are preferred.
  * Any person can participate only in maximum two performance items. If
    a person participates in a third or more items, the items will
    be placed on a waiting list. So group leads, please make sure your
    participants are there in a maximum of two performances.
  * The program is scheduled from 5:30PM to 10:00 pm. Please plan to be
    there for the duration of the program.
  * For large groups, the last section of auditorium is not used and the
    auditorium space will be like last year.  If you need stage
    dimensions, please contact us.
  * Due to time constraints, suggested duration of each item is 3-5
    minutes. So please make sure your item does not exceed 5 minutes to
    complete our program on time.

    contact us via email with details of your item.

    questions.  Once we have all the entries we will confirm details
    about the rehearsal and order of events.
